Rooted in mindfulness and compassion, Moonflower Yoga + Ayurveda Studio offers an inclusive and nourishing space for individuals to cultivate a deeper connection to their body, mind and spirit.
With a range of yoga classes, holistic services and experienced facilitators, Moonflower invites practitioners of all levels to experience a space designed not only for physical and emotional well-being, but for personal growth and connection.
“We want everyone who walks through our door to feel welcome, respected and supported on their individual wellness journey,” says Katie Mullins Denk, founder and owner of Moonflower Yoga and Ayurveda. Moonflower is the only non-heated, independently owned and operated yoga studio in Brookfield, and the only studio in the greater Milwaukee to incorporate Ayurveda as an overarching influence in all yoga classes. Moonflower offers a variety of yoga classes including Vinyasa, Yin, restorative yoga and seasonally inspired yoga classes. Moonflower also offers one-on-one yoga, Ayurvedic health counseling and private group yoga in studio and off site.
“We’re excited to bring something new to the Brookfield wellness community,” says Denk. “Our vision is to offer high-quality classes and healing services to foster a vibrant community where people connect, grow and feel inspired. We believe fostering individual growth strengthens our community as a whole.”
Moonflower will host a grand opening weekend from May 2 through 4 featuring an open house, donation-based yoga classes, a raffle featuring prizes from local businesses and special offers for attendees. All are welcome.
