What to Expect: โ
- Strength & Endurance โ Bodyweight exercises and stair intervals to build stamina.
- Light Cardio Intervals โ Short bursts of movement to elevate your heart rate while keeping things fun and engaging.
- Mindfulness & Meditation โ Grounding breathwork and moments of stillness to center yourself before stepping into the weekend.
- Community & Connection โ A supportive group environment that fosters motivation and personal growth.
What to Bring: โ
- Athletic Shoes - no flip-flops or sandals
- Workout attire and a jacket
- Sunscreen - Please apply ahead of time and be sure to use face sunscreen. You will be perspiring a bit!
- Beach Towel - Handy to wipe your brow and also to sit on at the beach as we dip our toes in the water and sand.
- Journal and pan
- Water Bottle
- Yoga Mat
- Sunglasses
- Any bands you may have with handles (optional)

Arrival Instructions: โ
Enter via Highland Rd, just east of Hwy 43. Turn left at the entrance and pass the gatehouse. Then, turn right toward the lake. The road circles to the parking lot. Park there and meet me under a tree at the top of the steps. Arrive by 6:45 AM, ready to go!
