Encouraging those close to us to explore holistic healing modalities can be a delicate balance. Quite often, friends or loved ones share health complaints along with frustration about the struggle to find answers. Perhaps they are experiencing pain, anxiety, stress, indigestion, lack of sleep or symptoms they can’t explain but just don’t feel right. Natural Awakenings Milwaukee partnered with Brookfield Health & Wellness to explore strategies to lead by example and inspire others to embrace holistic wellness.
Since 1994, Natural Awakenings has been dedicated to educating and empowering others about holistic and integrative health strategies to heal and thrive, and to connect them with resources that support mind, body and spirit.
Brookfield Health & Wellness recently celebrated a decade of excellence in holistic wellness. The wellness center in southeast Wisconsin is dedicated to those interested in working with their innate healing abilities. With over 6,000 square feet of natural and energy healing modalities, the center supports, balances and regenerates what is out of homeostasis. By assessing the whole person—body, mind and spirit—clinicians address the root cause of illness from an integrative medicine approach.
