Master Grief Coach Elizabeth Casper Rolfs founded Sterling Services to help grief-stricken people along their healing journeys. Casper Rolfs was a crisis intervention counselor before studying with a master grief coach teacher for two years to learn an action-oriented approach toward coaching. She has an associate degree in human services from Milwaukee Area Technical College.

Help may surprisingly come from compassionate strangers who are trained and practiced in the art of grief support.”
