Trinergy specializes in integrative psychiatry, which takes a holistic approach to emotional-physical health. We blend functional therapies, Ayurveda, natural detoxification, nutrition and hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT).

My Approach:
Ayurvedic medicine makes no distinction between physical and mental disease. The main ayurvedic philosophy is that all disease begins in the gut, so healing should start with the gut. We look at root causes in the gut-brain connection in order to address mental health so that patients can begin the road to recovery.
I’m motivated by:
Practicing an integrative model of psychiatry, because there are so many more options that I have beyond just pharmaceuticals.
Clients are inspired by me because:
Integrative therapies such as HBOT have helped many people, particularly children with autism.
