Transcend Retreat Designed To Jumpstart the Mind, Body and Soul

BodyIgnite, LLC, will host the Transcend Wellness retreat from 3 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 19, and 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, May 20, at Blue Lotus Retreat Center, in West Bend. The two-day event will allow participants to experience an array of different wellness modalities including life transformation coaching, yoga, forest bathing, sound bathing, natural products from Nourish and more.
