Integrative Health & Wellness Brookfield Relocates to Waukesha

Amanda Zagrodnik and Katie Smyczek, nutritionists and owners of Integrative Health & Wellness, have moved their Brookfield office to a spacious new location: Unit 600 at 21075 Swenson Drive, in Waukesha. Now located in a prominent spot one mile west of The Corners of Brookfield, the move allows them to open another smoothie bar. “We already serve smoothies at our Mequon location, and we can’t wait to offer these to our clients in Waukesha as well,” says Smyczek.

each have a master’s degree in nutrition. They specialize in personalized nutrition programs, body composition analysis, food sensitivity testing and lab testing. They work one-on-one with their clients to help them reach their health goals.
