MKE Yoga + Wellness offers a variety of yoga classes, including the lunch special: Yoga + Juiced!, Tea Wind-Down, Candlelit Gentle Slow Flows and restorative yoga. Reiki, massage, acupuncture, sound bath and other healing modalities are also available. The studio features a wide variety of yoga props to make the practice more accessible and to encourage all bodies to practice. Jade yoga mats are available to use free of charge. Those interested can sign up for all offerings through the MKE Yoga Social app.
