Karen Krchma

Registered dietitian and New Newtrition founder Karen Krchma will lead educational sessions on how the SHAPE program can help reduce inflammation, cleanse the body and help to develop healthy relationships with food. Sessions take place March 5 from 10 to 11 a.m.; March 9 from 6 to 7 p.m.; March 19 from 1 to 2 p.m.; and March 21 from 6 to 7 p.m.

“The coldest months of the year are not the best time to start a weight loss program,” says Krchma. “However, there are things you can do right now that will be of great benefit to prepare for success and create a permanent, healthy-weight lifestyle routine.”

Krchma has worked as a registered dietitian for more than 20 years and has seen weight loss trends come and go. After being involved with specific integrative and functional medical nutrition education, she has learned what systems of the body are involved with weight management, as well as the key issues with balancing weight, energy and vitality. Natural Awakenings readers can sign up for one complimentary educational session.

Location: 163 Green Bay Rd., Thiensville. For more information, call 414-315-8800, email [email protected] or visit NewNewtrition.com.
