The Meta House Young Leaders Board is sponsoring a Team Trivia Night, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. August 9, at The Cooperage. The event will feature refreshments, trivia and brief remarks from Meta House President and CEO Valerie Vidal. The goal of the event is to bring members of the community together for education and to build partnerships, and to help Meta House continue its mission of ending the generational cycle of addiction by healing women and strengthening families.

Since 1963, Meta House has worked to end generational substance abuse. While the cornerstone of the program is addiction treatment, Meta House also offers parenting, vocational and educational services to clients, and a host of services for their children. This holistic approach ensures that as mom gets well, her entire family has the tools to successfully adapt to a life in recovery.
