Learn and Network at MKE Holistic Health Expo
The MKE Holistic Health Expo, featuring dozens of alternative wellness exhibitors, informative health talks and food samples, will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., March 13, in Pewaukee. This year’s expo will have a strong emphasis on nutrition and sustainable food.
Vendor categories include massage, essential oils, raw food, vitamin supplements, natural health care, chiropractic, yoga, chakra and body balancing, reiki, nutrition, coaching, organic products and natural cleaning. Attendees can sample products, enjoy a chair massage and network with like-minded individuals interested in holistic lifestyle options.
“We increase awareness of the healthy alternatives that are available, which many people do not know about, as well as helping holistic practitioners grow their business by introducing them to the people who need their services,” says event organizer Karin Conway. “We also help local organizations raise money so they can make a difference in our community. One of the biggest benefits of the expo is the coming together of so many people to exchange knowledge and know they are not alone in their quest for real health.”
Cost: $6. Location: Country Springs, 2810 Golf Rd., Pewaukee. For more information or to purchase tickets, visit HolisticHealthExpo.org.
