Use Hypnosis to Break Unwanted Habits
Heddy Keith
In honor of the Great American Smoke Out and World Diabetes Day, certified hypnotherapist Heddy Keith will present three workshops this month to teach people how to use hypnotherapy to help themselves and their families make positive life changes.
A self-hypnosis session will be held 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., November 7, at H.K. Hypnosis, in Glendale; a smoking cessation workshop will be held from 1 to 2:30 p.m., November 14, at the North Shore Library and The World Diabetes Day presentation will be from 6:30 to 8 p.m., November 19, at Unity Church of Milwaukee.
“These workshops are for people who are fascinated by the idea of hypnosis, but at the same time are frightened by it,” says Keith. “For people who don’t dare trust a hypnotist for fear of losing conscious control and being manipulated against their will, they can learn to do it themselves.” Keith will share her story of how she used hypnosis to stop smoking, reduce her blood sugar and lose weight.
