Psychic medium Stacy Krafczyk will lead a workshop, Protect Your Energy, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., October 7, to teach participants how to protect their energy, home, animals and children from energetic intrusions.

“The workshop is very empowering and healing for problems sleeping, feeling drained after a meeting, coping with a chaotic home environment or animal companions that are acting out,” Krafczyk notes. “We’ll go into detail on how to use one’s aura or energy field as a shield, and use sage, crystals, visualizations, mantras and prayer for making people, animals, and the office, vehicle and home environments feel safe and relaxing again.”
