The 2015 Milwaukee Holistic Health Expo will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., October 11, at American Serb Hall. The event provides opportunities for people to learn more about natural health techniques and allows practitioners to connect with those that need their services. The expo is also raising money for local organizations that are making strides in promoting good health. Attendees will be able to sample products, receive chair massages and talk to vendors offering essential oils, natural cleaning, wellness, raw foods, organic farming, probiotics and more.

"Awareness is huge. We increase knowledge of the healthy alternatives that are available, which many people do not know about,” says event organizer Karin Conway. The Milwaukee Holistic Health Expo began in 2011 when a small group of holistic-minded women got together to find a way to make a difference in the health of the community.
