Those who wish to reduce gluten in their diet or who are suffering from celiac disease will have the opportunity to sample and purchase an array of gluten-free products at the Wisconsin Gluten Free Expo, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., September 26. The event will be held at the Washington County Fair Park & Conference Center, in West Bend, and will feature vendors offering gluten-free pizza, beverages, snacks, desserts and more.

Educational classes will be offered throughout the day. Participants have the opportunity to network with other people suffering from gluten allergies and sensitivities.
