NuGenesis Farm is showcasing its newly renovated Giving Garden Greenhouse and selling organically grown fruit and vegetable seedlings from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., May 23. All plant sale profits will benefit the NuGenesis Giving Garden initiative.

A wide variety of seedlings will be available for purchase, including basil, broccoli, cabbage, cantaloupe, cauliflower, cucumbers, celery, eggplant, fennel, ground cherry, kale, leeks, lettuce, onion, oregano, parsley, peppers, rosemary, winter squash, thyme, tomatoes, watermelon and more.

Founded in 2010 by cancer survivor Kathy Bero, NuGenesis grew out of the belief that growing, cooking and understanding food has the power to improve the overall health of our communities. The farm’s staff strives to educate the public about health and nutrition to improve overall wellness.
