A new company, poSaNa Organics, is bringing gluten-free, low-glycemic and non-GMO products to the Milwaukee area. Launched in October 2013, poSaNa’s line of cooking and baking mixes are sold online and at local retailers, including Good Harvest Market and Health Hut locations in Brookfield, West Allis and Hales Corners.

A few of poSaNa’s many mix creations include Coconut Flour Banana Chocolate Chip Muffin, Sweet Potato Chai Pancake and Double Chocolate Almond Flour Brownie.
