Southeast Wisconsin residents can explore three Vibrant Life Health Expos during February and March. All of the expos run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will feature classes taught by natural health professionals and vendors offering free product samples and demonstrations. A drawing for a $250 Visa gift card will be held at each expo.

The Body Mind Spirit Expo, held February 1 at the Ozaukee County Fair Park Pavilion, in Cedarburg, features free chair massages, BioMat sessions, wellness classes and food samples.

The Vibrant Life Health Expo takes place March 1 at the Washington County Fair Park Pavilion, in West Bend, and promises an onsite farmers’ market in addition to free classes and chair massages.

The Women’s Health & Happiness Expo is scheduled for March 29 at Brookfield Suites Hotel & Convention Center, in Brookfield, where women can enjoy free health screenings for gluten sensitivity, hormone imbalance, anxiety, adrenal fatigue and sugar cravings, as well as free classes, chair massages and food samples. Lunch is available for purchase.
