Beginning March 9, Jill Baake, of Center Spirit Coaching, will be facilitating an eight-month interactive training program in which participants learn the empowering communication skill of life coaching. Classes will meet one Saturday per month (March through November) from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., at The Atrium at Rolling Spirit, in Greendale.

With an emphasis on self-love and the Law of Attraction, participants will deeply explore their personal thoughts and beliefs and more fully discover who they are and who they are becoming. In-person group classes and partner-based home play will kindle soulful connections with classmates and cultivate the skills and strategies participants will need to coach others.

Life coaching is a fast-growing profession, through which individuals combine their personal interests and passions with active listening and powerful questions to create a unique and specialized method of helping clients to discover their desires, make conscious choices and achieve life goals.
