A Wheat Free Adventure Offers 16 Weeks of Support
Eating and living without gluten can be tough without knowing where to begin to be rid of this ubiquitous protein. Wheat Free Adventure (WFA) is a 16-week program for those adopting a gluten-free lifestyle. A kickoff webinar, January 26, will introduce the package program.
The program will help participants feel better and reach their health and weight goals, and features support and education in the form of mentorship, recipes, a simple meal planner, the Going Gluten Free Guide and a 30-day diet journal. The mentor directs new members toward healthier food and lifestyle options and helps them with accountability. Participants learn how to plan and prepare meals free of wheat and gluten and have unlimited e-mail access to their mentors throughout the 16 weeks. There are also optional monthly support group meetings and webinars. Facebook users can like WFA page and gain access to a private Wheat Free Adventure group page for additional support.
Individuals that experience gas trointestinal distress, such as bloating and diarrhea or have health problems like asthma, insomnia, headaches, fatigue, difficulty concentrating, diabetes, fibromyalgia, eczema, infertility and weight instability, may have an undiagnosed sensitivity to wheat. Many people are improperly treated for symptoms that are caused by hidden wheat or gluten intolerances.
Cost: $108, if preregistered by Jan. 26; $138 after. To register or for more information, email [email protected] or visit WheatFreeAdventure.com.
