Integrative Family Wellness Center, in Brookfield, will host a free wellness event, Just for the Health of It, from 9 a.m. to noon, January 19, to introduce its staff and offer samples and demonstrations of its treatments and services. Attendees will enjoy healthy, tasty treats from Dynamic Greens Wheatgrass and A Gluten Free Frenzy Grocery Store and Café, while they listen to inspiring presentations and join in discussions about integrative medicine. Products and services will be raffled.
