Tamarack Waldorf School will host its annual Winter Fair, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., December 8. A celebration of community, family and the Waldorf experience, the event features a marketplace inside the gymnasium for vendors of natural and handmade items, including jewelry, toys, pottery, woodcraft, fair-trade items, hand-blown glass and clothing. Displaying the unique urban and cultural diversity of the school, the fair boasts musical performances, art displays, a raffle and a puppet show.

Students will serve nutritious soups for lunch and delicious homemade goodies in the dessert café. A secret gift shop, a fantasy room and crafts and games are available for children. There is also an opportunity to learn more about Waldorf Education for pre-K to grade 8.
