A team of professional women will come together to guide an educational and experiential workshop, from 9 a.m. until 2:30 p.m., November 17, for women to learn about their bodies and how to move freely and comfortably in them. The workshop, taking place at Oakwood Church, in Hartland, is intended to give women tools to move toward and fulfill the wild feminine life they desire, free of pain and connected to their creative feminine energy.

The facilitators offer ways to awaken the sensations and awareness of the body by means of exercise, breathing, meditation, dance and comedy. Participants will identify their individual next steps for health and will create a personal plan to move forward with confidence.
