The Healing Place Opens New Location in Germantown
Lee Ann Baum and Peig Myota will host an open house from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., October 27, to celebrate the grand opening of the new location of their center, The Healing Place (THP), within the Feronia Wellness Center, N112W16760 Mequon Road, in Germantown.
The pair recently spent a year teaching at the International Jamilian University and doing research at the Steamboat Hot Springs Healing Center in Reno, Nevada. Using their advanced training with a blend of ancient healing arts and current scientific research and technology, they have established a state-of-the-art healing center and the first body-mind color, light and sound frequency healing program in Wisconsin. Both Baum and Myota have traveled extensively, studying many energy frequency healing modalities.
“We believe the true art of healing lies in discovering the cause of physical discomfort and pain,” explains Baum. “By assessing vital energy patterns, thoughts and emotions, we provide a team approach to eliminate ‘dis-ease’ and create balance between the body, mind and spirit.”
THP offers a variety of energy frequency healing modalities, with the mission of providing support for those individuals in the process of enlightenment. Operating on the principle that the light of the sun sustains all life, THP offers quarterly sunrise meditations, a solar light study program and an introduction to cosolargy classes to teach individuals how to work with the sun to improve their health and spiritual consciousness.
