Yoga for Body and Mind
Beginner to Intermediate Yoga students and beyond
Develop awareness of the body and mind and grow strength, flexibility, balance, and stability through physical practice (asana). Learn to incorporate breath practice, mindfulness and mudras (hand poses) on and off the mat. Please bring a mat and water to class. Other props provided. Register through Mindbody app, Wauwatosa Recreation Department, or our website.
