Yoga for Body and Mind
Beginner to Intermediate Yoga students and beyond
Develop body and mind awareness and strength, flexibility, balance, and stability through low impact physical practice (asana). Learn to incorporate breath practice, mindfulness and mudras (hand poses) on and off the mat. Please bring a mat and water to class. Other props provided. You may register through Mindbody, Wauwatosa Recreation Department, or on our website.
