Whitney Bingham, founder and owner of Selfish Evolution, is expanding her wellness practice by offering group sessions aimed at relaxation and healing. These sessions integrate yoga, meditation, Reiki and sound frequency tools. Additionally, Selfish Evolution offers prenatal, birth and postpartum support services. The company is partnering with Birthing Your Way MKE to establish Milwaukee’s first Black-owned Midwifery Wellness Center. One upcoming event includes Sound Bowl Training on October 27 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
