A vibrant lunch spot that extends into the dinner hour and a great place to meet with friends or grab a quick bite, this innovative eatery offers a fresh take on Indian cuisine, emphasizing healthful, nourishing meals based on Ayurvedic principles.

With floor to ceiling windows, hand-painted wall designs and a colorful, lively theme, the restaurants décor reflects the rainbow of revitalizing food that is served. Chef Kahate, with her rich background in both the San Francisco Bay Area and India, promises a menu that leaves patrons “refreshed instead of ready for a nap.”

Guests at Ruta’s Fresh Indian Fare enjoy a customizable dining experience, creating their own Fresh Indian Bowl by choosing from bases like rice, quinoa, salad greens, or a NaanMelt.
