Energy healer Cindy Carlson will offer 20-minute reiki sessions from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., September 24, in Whitefish Bay. The Japanese practice of reiki is a healing technique based on the principle of the therapist channeling energy into the patient by means of touch in order to activate the natural healing processes of the body.

“Reiki allows you to deeply relax and release stress and anxiety,” Carlson says. “The only way to truly understand the transformational power of reiki is to experience a session. It is a wonderful gift to your body and mind, providing greater balance and improving your overall health.”
