Karen’s Energy Superfood and Wellness Center has opened at 1427 West Washington Street, in West Bend. Owners Karen and Roger Urbanek develop, produce and package their own organic, all GMO-free foods, supplements and fresh spices to sell through their store, where they also host weekly classes about various health topics.

Karen has studied and practiced health and nutrition for more than two decades, having spoken to thousands of individuals throughout the country. “We are anxious to help restore America’s health, one family at a time,” she says. “Our mission is to educate, motivate, inspire and empower people to live symptom-free.”
