Center for Sound Healing and Personal Transformation Opens in Germantown
Lee Ann Baum, Peig Myota
Certified Sonatherapist Lee Ann Baum and Spiritual Psychologist Peig Myota, co-owners of The Healing Place, will host an open house from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., May 4, at their new center, which has been relocated to a beautifully remodeled facility at W161 N11629 Church Avenue, in downtown Germantown. Originally established in 2001, The Healing Place hosts educational groups and organizations interested in learning about sound healing, aura analysis and voice frequency profiling.
“Our new location will allow us to fulfill our vision of bringing the energy of love into the world through sound healing and personal transformation services,” affirms Baum, who will offer a monthly sound healing concert in the space. Myota will provide soul-centered counseling that integrates light-and-thought energy healing for personal spiritual growth. The center will increase class offerings and healing programs, including a free, monthly, world-service meditation group and more.
