Evolution Marketing Plugs into Conservation with Green Fleet Vehicle
Evolution Marketing is leading by example. In June, they were the first business in Wisconsin to add a Nissan Leaf to their vehicle fleet—a move that supports their branding as a company that specializes in environmental communication, green design and sustainable marketing strategies. The all-electric vehicle will be on display at the Oconomowoc Summer Farmers’ Market, from 7:30 a.m. to noon, August 11. Evolution Marketing is a sponsor of the market, which is free and open to the public.
Lisa Geason-Bauer, president of Evolution Marketing, comments, “Truly demonstrating sustainability is more than just adding the word ‘green’ to your list of services. We believe sustainability can only be accomplished by taking a holistic, systems-wide approach to management of the business.” Since 2008, Evolution has taken steps and completed initiatives in nine areas of sustainability: water, waste, energy, climate change, supply chain, governance, workforce, community and transportation.”
Geason-Bauer adds, “The Leaf will help Evolution Marketing to further demonstrate our mission, which is to operate in the most environmentally responsible manner possible, while providing the highest quality of services to our customers. Using the Leaf as both a marketing and advertising tool will further help to not only raise awareness of our business, but also help to educate the public about the services we offer and about alternative types of vehicles.”
