Shamanic practitioner Amy Wilinski, owner of Golden Light Healing, will lead Whispers on the Wind: an Earth Medicine Training Program, which is based in the teachings of the indigenous healers of Peru and other shamans with whom Wilinski has studied. Students may now enroll for the group session that begins February 29, at a beautiful, 200-acre retreat facility located 15 miles north of Green Bay; pre-registration is required.

The intensive training program will lead practitioners on a journey of personal growth, healing and transformation. Attendees will also learn healing practices for use with others. The course covers the practice of energy medicine, the healing of old wounds of one’s past, and using the Medicine Wheel and the four directions of the Universe as a symbolic representation of one’s life journey. Participants will learn to walk in harmony, finding the place of wisdom within as they honor their journey on the Earth and connect with Spirit.

The group will meet every four months for two concurrent weekend sessions. The curriculum includes lectures, hands-on practice, experiential exercises and rites of passage.
