Ann Basten, a Reiki master practitioner, owner of Lux Eterna Healing and affiliate member of the International Center for Reiki Training Association, is extending her availability for Reiki sessions in Pewaukee, which may also include crystal healing and transpersonal development.

“Reiki means universal life energy,” Basten explains. “It is a Japanese form of stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing of the mind, body and spirit. I was introduced to Reiki at a rather turbulent time in my life and it helped me heal; experiencing the benefits of Reiki has guided me and my desire to help others. During January, new clients will receive a 10 percent discount off their initial session. Flexible morning and evening appointments are available. Initial sessions are 90 minutes and follow-up sessions last 60 minutes.
