Jamie Durner, owner of Ayurveda Wellness, recently relocated her business to the offices of THRIVE! Life Services, 2331 Silvernail Road, in Pewaukee, now sharing space with Life Coach/Coach Trainer Patty Jackson. Prior to the move, Durner had practiced five years at Jensen Health and Energy Center, in Elm Grove. Her experience includes holistic instruction and treatment at a health club and in private practice. Her professional training encompasses more than 2,500 hours at natural health education centers across the country.

“My philosophy is ‘Be your best—healthy body, sharp mind, connected spirit, balanced life,’” Durner comments. “I look forward to using Ayurveda to help others achieve great health that lasts a lifetime.”

Ayurveda Wellness’ holistic approach focuses on addressing root causes of problems to restore wellness and balance, supporting those that suffer many of the chronic conditions affecting more than half of all Americans.
