Evening of Restorative Yoga
Support your Nervous System in this relaxing, calming restorative yoga class!

The pace of this Restorative Yoga class is slow, restful and relaxing. This is a style of yoga, practiced on the ground, relaxing the muscles in restful poses using props (blankets, bolsters, blocks) to support the body. These relaxing poses are held for an extended period of time. Restorative Yoga is ideal for students seeking to use mindful, slow, and meditative techniques to reduce stress and alleviate its impact on the body. All levels are welcome. Treat yourself to this special evening of intentional rest and relaxation. 6pm to 7:30pm. Space is limited to 10 students All props are provided and warm stones are used to enhance your rest.
