Gentle Yoga
Explore gentle movement in this practice to release tension.
In this gentle yoga class, we will explore movement to release tension and calm the nervous system while building strength and mobility. Each class will include somatic movement, yogic breath work, meditation and gentle movement up and down from the ground. All are welcome!
