Cholesterol Group Visit Series
This is a “food focused” approach to address your cholesterol and reduce your risk of heart disease. Meet with a naturopathic doctor and a small group of like-minded people to learn, connect, and cook heart-healthy recipes.
All patients will receive a wellness packet that includes recommendations for a therapeutic diet, lifestyle interventions, recipes, and supplements.
