Meet in circle to practice dreaming with your helping spirits and power animals. If you have one, bring a drum, also you may want a yoga mat, water bottle, journal, eye covering and anything else you can to be comfortable. There are some yoga mats and drums available to share. 

In our 2 hours together we will collectively drum together to open the circle. After which I will instruct those who are new how to journey to their helping spirts and power animals. After each journey there will be time to take notes and share. 
We can complete a total of 3 journeys during our time together.
