We are excited to offer GOAT YOGA on the DNA Hemp Farm for the 3rd year in a row!!

This year we partnered with MKE Yoga Social™ and Platinum Sky Farms to bring you yoga filled with gentle movements and cuddles with adorable playful little goats on our beautiful country farm.

Each session includes 30 minutes of super chill, sure-to-be slightly spontaneous yoga followed by 30 minutes of mingling with the baby goats.... 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒘𝒆'𝒍𝒍 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒏 𝒉𝒆𝒍𝒑 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒂𝒄𝒉𝒊𝒆𝒗𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒔𝒆 𝒑𝒉𝒐𝒕𝒐-𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒉𝒚 𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒆𝒔!

WHY GOAT YOGA?

We all know the benefits of yoga - stress reduction, lowered blood pressure, mental focus to name a few, but why add the goats?
