Description: Let go of tension, relieve common alignments and find freedom in your body (and mind) to live your life to the fullest! Lessons include basic anatomy, alignment ques, and personalized instruction for varying abilities as well as yogic philosophies for living a healthy life. All levels welcome.

For online classes, students should have access to the following: yoga (or kitchen) chair, 1 - 6ft yoga belt, 2 yoga blocks, blankets and a 2 foot wide wall space.
