Beginner Yoga Course is for those new or returning to yoga practice. We work with foundational poses and lots of movement as we begin a conversation with our body & mind through the practice of Iyengar Yoga.
Each class builds on the previous week, learning through both repetition and addition. We explore movement and stability through standing & seated postures and beginning inversions over the course of 10 weeks. This course can be repeated as many times as you like, creating a beautiful foundation for your home practice and further yoga studies.
