Intermediate Yoga with Sara
For those who have completed a year or more of Beginner Iyengar Classes and want to explore more in their personal practice.
Studying new poses by way of the foundations we encounter in Beginner Yoga, you learn to approach the edges of your capacity with curiosity; figuring out when to take risks and when to take support; and discovering variations that are right for you, right now. You'll learn more inversions, more forward bends and backbends, and more abdominal poses and twists, and pranayama (breathwork). From the rooted, grounded stability that we experience in our standing poses, we can learn to fly.
