Button Mandala | Centering Values
Tiernee Anne, an artist and board certified art therapist will guide you through a therapeutic process of identifying your values and creating a button mandala representing that which is most important to you.
When we identify and center our values, using them to navigate and illuminate our life’s path, we create a life of purpose of meaning. Experiencing purpose can shield us from self-doubt and worry, while meaning can provide us with self-worth and belonging.
