"S3P2Rint" training for everyday and beyond!
Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) require us to sit, stand, step, push, pull, rotate, and integrate. In this class, we'll use weights, bands, our bodies (and more!) to make ourselves fit and every day strong!
Each session offers a total body challenge that stands alone and that you can track over time to watch your strength and skills grow. Learn the HOWS and WHYS these SPECIFIC exercises will make you fitter and stronger. Work at your own pace.
This class is suitable for everybody!
