VIBE Yoga Flow + Sound Bath w/ Samantha Drum & Jordan Moon

Join Jordan Moon and Samantha Drum for this special embodied experience outside in nature. You will be immersed in the frequency of crystal singing bowls facilitated by Jordan Moon while Samantha Drum guides you through a yoga flow where you will be linking breath to movement.

You are encouraged to hydrate well the night before, and morning of the session, but please ease up on liquid intake 90 minutes prior. You are also encouraged to set intentions and goals requests of yourself and what you’d like to get out of the session. Temporarily suspend any doubt, and open up to all things being possible.

When: 8:00am-9:15am Saturday June 24th

What to bring: Yoga mat, towel, water and any props you would like.
