The Summer Solstice is approaching; and what better way to honor the earth and the sun’s blessing of warmth and light by completing 108 Sun Salutations outside at Marx Park in Brookfield. The Sun Salutations will be done in sections (you do not need to perform all 108). Class will begin and end just like a traditional Vinyasa flow. All levels are welcome!

When: 8:00am-9:15am Saturday June 18th

Where: Marx Park Brookfield WI (700 S Barker Rd.)

What to bring: Yoga mat, towel, water and any props you would like
