Spring is now among us! It’s time to cleanse, detoxify and renew. Join VIBE Yoga, Health & Fitness in celebrating and welcoming the change of season with 108 Sun Salutations! This will be an invigorating practice that will take you to your edge. All levels are welcome. The Sun Salutations will be done in sections (you do not need to perform all 108). Class will begin and end just like a traditional Vinyasa flow.
