Open Heart Yoga Flow
A special heart focused yoga practice
Join VIBE yoga instructor, Samantha Drum, on February 12th for a special vinyasa Flow and yoga Nidra celebrating all things heart related.
In this practice the focus will be on opening the heart through postures and breath while exploring not only the physical benefits but the emotional benefits as well. Expect to sweat, to flow, to breath and to leave with an open heart.
Physical practice will be 60 minutes followed by a 15 minute yoga Nidra.
