Olive Fine Organic Living, an eco-friendly apparel, personal care and home goods store, has moved to a new location at 2624 North Downer Avenue, on Milwaukee’s East Side. The store’s product choices and business practices support sustainability and fair-wage labor in every aspect of the retail process, from raw materials and manufacturing ethics to end-of-life impact. All Olive products and design and business decisions are driven by a desire to be environmentally and socially responsible.

Eco-friendly materials used to build the store include green innovations such as counters and cabinets made without resin and formaldehyde; recycled carpeting and furniture; cork-based flooring; and wood cut from sustainably managed forests. The store also uses energy-efficient lighting, bamboo clothing hangers, and planet-friendly hangtags, tied with hemp twine and printed with soy ink on recycled paper.

Olive is open every day except Monday, and online shopping is also available.
